How to use ceramic pump?
The ceramic pump produced by Agileen is used in the pharmaceutical industry to fill vials, ampoules and other injection medicines.
The ceramic metering pump produced by Agileen has a simple structure, consisting of a ceramic pump body, a liquid inlet and outlet control rotary valve, a metering rod, a stainless steel liquid inlet and outlet nozzle, and an O-ring seal.
The working principle of the ceramic pump: The hole of the rotary valve is aligned with the liquid inlet, and the ceramic metering rod moves linearly downward to generate negative pressure and suck the liquid; the hole of the rotary valve is aligned with the liquid outlet, and the ceramic metering rod moves linearly upward to produce positive Press and discharge the liquid.
Working temperature: The design working temperature of conventional products is 10-45℃. Sterilization temperature is 121℃
Applicable range of viscosity: Conventional products are suitable for liquids with a viscosity of up to 20,000 cps and no solid medium.
